From One Guy With a Cooler to Omaha's Go-To Caterer
Chad started this whole thing in 2012 because he was tired of seeing his office get the same boring box lunches every week. He figured Omaha could do better — so he did it himself.
What started as Chad delivering sandwich platters in his Honda Civic quickly turned into something bigger. Turns out, when you show up on time with fresh food and a smile, people tell their friends.
Today, Catering Chad has a full kitchen on Farnam Street and a team of 18 people who genuinely love feeding this city. We have served over 3,200 events — from 10-person startup lunches to 300-person company picnics — and we are just getting started.

Chad started Catering Chad in 2012 because he believed Omaha deserved better office lunch options. A former Jimmy Johns manager turned entrepreneur, he knows exactly how to feed a hungry crew on time and on budget. Chad still personally checks every order before it goes out.
Maria Santos
Order Coordinator
Maria is the wizard who makes sure your 100-person order arrives exactly when you need it. She handles scheduling, special requests, and dietary notes with a smile. If your order is perfect, Maria made it happen.
James Washington
Kitchen Lead
James runs the prep line like a champ. He is the reason your sandwiches are stacked high, your wraps are rolled tight, and everything tastes consistently great. A Nebraska native who takes pride in feeding his community.
Lisa Chen
Prep & Pastry
Lisa makes the cookies that everyone fights over. She also handles all the fresh prep — slicing veggies, baking treats, and making sure every box has that little something extra. Her secret chocolate chip recipe is legendary.
